Plaintiff commenced a lawsuit alleging that the Defendant physician commited medical malpractice during the time of his examinations, consultations and treratments of Plaintiff's deceased spouse. The Defendant failed to diagnose and treat the decedent's metastatic gastric adenocarcinoma at an early stage and at a time when the disease could have been treated and arrested and further deprived the Plaintiff decedent of a possibility of remission and cure by his delay.
