$100,000 FOR PEDESTRIAN KNOCKDOWN

Ronald D. Ingber successfully negotiated a settlement for a 49-year-old male struck by a motor vehicle while crossing the street in Nassau County. Plaintiff alleged that the defendant violated the Vehicle and Traffic Laws of the State of New York in failing to yield the right of way and failing to observe the roadway. The client went to the hospital later that day complaining of neck pain and subsequently underwent surgical intervention. We successfully settled for the entire insurance policy of $100,000.
