$175,000 FOR CLIENT INJURED FROM EXPLOSION

The client, a 35-year-old auto mechanic, was thrown several feet when an automotive service coolant machine exploded. As a result, the client aggravated a prior hernia necessitating surgical repair. During the lawsuit, we alleged that the defendant was negligent in manufacturing, maintaining and servicing the coolant machine. At trial, Robert M. Brinen obtained a $175,000 settlement for our client.
