Ronald Ingber successfully negotiated a settlement for a 50-year-old male who slipped and fell on unknown debris outside of a restaurant. Plaintiff alleged that the defendant was negligent in removing the garbage from the restaurant leaving a trail of debris on the sidewalk. The client went to the hospital later that day complaining of neck pain and began a course of physical therapy. Despite having a few prior accidents involving neck pain, the client's pain was aggravated and exacerbated by this fall. Although the client could not pinpoint what caused his fall, we were able to obtain a successful result. The matter resolved prior to trial for $62,500.
