PEDESTRIAN STRUCK IN NASSAU COUNTY RECEIVES $375,000

Our client came to us when he was dissatisfied with his prior attorney.  His prior attorney received a $40,000 offer on the case and wanted the client to settle for that amount. The facts of the case involve our client crossing the street in front of his home in Nassau County when he was struck by Defendant’s vehicle.
